Me and my friends are supposed to go to Maison again tomorrow so yay!! Its RnB night tomorrow!! Anddddd..Its ALSO a holiday!!! So no class!! I have a feeling that tomorrow is going to be a good day.. =DD

Nothing interesting has been happening the past few days..Its basically been wake up, go for class, laugh like crazy and not pay attention in class thanks to Nad, Ching, Paul, Rah, Ying, Sham and the rest of them, eat in class, cheer, come home, shower, do work (okay fine..I dont do work EVERYDAY), talk to Ben/Jijam/Riam, sleep and repeat..

But Riam, Ben, Jijam and Manda came to visit me after school yesterday..Thanks so much for coming my sweetiepies..I really really appreciate it and im sorry i couldnt spend much time with you guys coz of cheer..But i love you all!!

And me and Ben have been seeing AND talking to each other EVERYDAY..Like we see each other in the afternoon and then we talk on the phone at night..I know i know!! Like, hello?!? When did Ben and Kim get so clingy?? But i havent seen him for more than a month okay!! So i have a right to be clingy!! We'll get over it soon laa..But for now..Whoever has to witness the..Clingy-ness..Im sorry..And when you think about it..Its actually kinda funny..

Oh..And congratulations to the Sri KDU MSSD netball team!! They didnt make it to the quarter finals, but thats not the important thing..Whats important is that they tried their best and they trained like maniacs before competition so every single KDU student should be proud of our netball team!! So yay you guys!! You all rock!!

And while we're on the topic of supporting friends..Mel is on the cover of the February issue of SEVENTEEN magazine, so everyone go buy a copy kay?? She looks really pretty on the cover.. =)

Oh!! Did i mention that Mel introduced me to her manager?? He's so adorable..I thought he was gay but he's not..But i think he's really cute..After hearing about him for so so so long..I finally got to meet him!!

My mum's going to Johor with a couple other lawyers tonight coz she's going to visit the flood victims and give them stuff..My mum's such a sweetheart right?? Im so proud of her for being so thoughtful and caring and so socially aware..And i think its really brave of her as well..So everyone say a prayer for her and also for the flood victims kay? Coz i mean we are all so lucky to have not been hit by the floods..think about how it would feel to lose everything you have..Its really sad..

Okay..Im not gonna talk about that anymore coz everytime i think about it i feel really guilty that i have so much and they dont..And that makes me feel really sad..

We had the wedding eve dinner at Nikko Hotel..It was nice..All family..We met the grooms (Nelson) family..His sister Grace is a real sweetheart..Nothing special happened la..Just dinner and we talked..You know..

Saturday

Was woken up super early for the tea ceremony..Got ready and went to Nikko Hotel..Talked and chilled with all my cousins while waiting for the couple to arrive..They FINALLY arrived and Li Yun looked very very very pretty..Gorgeous GORGEOUS dress..Started the tea ceremony..It was quite amusing coz Nelson's american and he couldnt remember everyone's names..Lol..Then went home..Went to The Curve with Ben, Riam and Jijam..Sanjiv's working at Friday's now..So cute kan? Then they sent me home..Changed and went to Nikko..Did my makeup at the hotel..Waited for 2 hours before it finally started and Li Yun looked beautiful as ever..There was this DVD playing of their wedding photos and i have to say that the photographer is amazing..The pictures we so beautiful!! Im hiring him for like..Something..I dont know what but im gonna find something to hire him for..Lol..ANYWAYS! Had dinner..Blah blah blah then Jen and Grace (Siblings of the bride and groom) gave very nice speeches..Jen (who's my cousin) made me cry..The speech he gave was so so sweet..And there was this incident inolving a bangladeshi waiter and my cousins but im not going to go into detail..Chatted with my cousins and we took tonnes and tonnes of pictures..And then we all left at 11 something..

Woke up at like 12..All my aunties and uncles and cousins were downstairs..Woke Ben up and he came over..Then we left for Midvalley..Went to All-Stars and then we went for a movie..Blood and Chocolate..Its an okay movie but i have to admit it was kinda dissapointing..But it was better than Game of Their Lives which was just dumb..And boring..Left Midvalley after the movie and yarrr..

Oh..And right..Ms Teh (my ballet teacher) gave me this DVD with my whole grade 6 syllabus on it to watch..I dont think they're THAT good laaa..But i watched the Intermediate/Elementary syllabus and they are damn damn good..Like, seriously..But the grade 6 one..I think with a lil more practice..All of us can be like them..But i have horrible feet..So i dont know..

Li Yun's (my cousin) wedding is tomorrow..And like tonight is the i-dont-know-what-its-called dinner..I cant believe she's getting married..So scary right? My Dream, My Wish, My Fantasy

Hokay!! I havent blogged since like..Monday and i feel kinda guilty..But its coz i've been busy okay!! Like fo real busy..Not lazy..Fo shizzle, yo!!

AHNYWAYS!! Right..So Tuesday..Okay..

It was the Petronas students first day of school..I have yet to hear any of them say more than 10 words at a time..And there are like..25 of them..They dont seem to talk..Whatever la..I personally think it was a mistake to let them into this program but whatever..Im over it..So right..Tuesday was our theatre performance day..And me and Rah totally screwed up!! Sham was so upset with us!! It was kinda funny la..I totally forgot all my lines and we were just like..Standing there..Ehehehe..Yarrr..We (The rest of my Theatre class) are going for this play..Okiku i think..So yay!! I love watching plays..Andddd!! We had our very first cheer practice on Tuesday!! =DD It was so much fuuuun!! Felt so good to be able to cheer again..I've missed cheering like CRAZY!! Then after cheer..I went home..Took a shower and Jijam and Sanjiv came to pick me up and we went to Sanctuary..The service there is..Not so good..But the food was yummy..Took tonnes and tonnes of pictures but im lazy to post pictures coz blogger is so fucking slow when it comes to pictures so i'll post Santuary pictures some other time..Came home at around 12 and then i went to sleep..

Yesterday..Me, Ching, Paul, Winson and Jon went to Rumah Charis (an orphanage/old folks home) as part of our CAS project..It was really sad and a reality check to see people living like that..I dont know..I guess i realised how lucky i am..I have family AND friends AND a boyfriend who loves me to death..And i have every single material thing i could want..I probably have more than i want..I dont know la..It was really sad..So now all of us cant wait to get this project going so that we can help these people out..We came back to school and stayed back for Forensics "practice" I only read my piece like..Twice..Lol..Then came home..Watched American Idol (Yes!! American Idol Season 6 has started!! Funny funny!!) There's this guy who's into performing arts..I forgot his name..But he is soooooo hot!! And he can sing!! Im seriously falling in love with him..Ya..Watched American Idol..Then went to Subang Parade for dinner coz daddy's opening a Skin Food there this Friday...Then came home..Talked to Ben and his sister online..She's so nice!! AND she likes manicures and pedicures tooooo!! I should go do my nails soon..Yarrr..And then i went to sleep and im not in class today..

Wild-Eyed Stare

Okay..So right..I went shopping yesterday and i bought a pair of heels, 11 tops and 5 pairs on pants..Hahahahaha!! Me and my mum were at ou from like 1-7 yesterday..I havent done that with my mum for AGES!! We used to do that every week but like coz now im so busy i can barely find time to breathe, we hardly ever do that anymore..So i kinda deserve that spree and i enjoyed spending the whole day with my mum..Awww.. =DD

The Petronas scholarship students came today and we met them..They're..Interesting.. =) No, really..

Oh and right..For Theatre..Me, Sham (our director), Sarah and Eugene are supposed to do this skit la..So Sham's our director and Mr Mark said that the actors (Me and Sarah) are supposed to do whatever the director says..So today we were rehearsing and it was freaking funny..Sham kept going IM THE DIRECTOR coz me and Rah were like blah blah blah-ing doing our own thing and we (Okay fine, i) kept going "I need a drink" "I dont know my lines" "Wait let me text first" "We're starting now?" And coz Rah kept saying her lines before she was supposed to..But we did it in the end laa!!

Actually right..We laughed damn alot today..But i cant remember at what..

Then we walk walk walked around..Went to Sub coz Manda saw this really pretty red dress but it really wasnt worth it so she didnt get it..Then went to Forever 21..Ling tried on this top that looked freaking hot on her but she had no cash..Then walk walk walked around some more then Manda sent me back to school coz i had Forensics training..Thanks so much for doing that kay you guys?? And today..I went for the Forensics thing at ISKL..And the lady said i could do my Shopaholic piece..At first i was gonna change it coz everyone was saying how its not mature/serious enough..But the lady said that the bit im reading is funny and if i work on it a lil more i have a good chance..So i'm probably just going to stick with the Shopaholic piece..I'll see what Ms Kalai says..

Yesterday..I talked on the phone with Ben for like..4 hours..Lol..

Oh..And me and my CAS group are going to Rumah Charis next Wednesday to check the place out and play with the kids..We're doing like..This charity thing..We're collecting food stuffs and money and whatever and when everything gets confirmed, i'll post the details are i'd really appreciate it if everyone helped out so that the kids at Rumah Charis can have food..You know they only have like 2 meals a day? That so sad right? I eat like..5 times a day..

Hey ya'll! So right..It was Bryan's birthday on Saturday and i bought him hamsters for his birthday present!! So everyone!! Meet the newest member of our family!! Nizam and Riam!! (Yes, i named my hamsters after two of my bestfriends coz they *the hamsters* fight alot..Just like Nizam and Riam!!)

Oh..And they're (the hamsters) both female!! Lol..And okay..You know Nizam (the hamster) right..He's the mean one..He's the one that bites me when i try and play with him..Riam's alot nicer..But Nizam bullies Riam like all the time..Its so mean!! But they're both freaking sweet!! They're so so so adorable and their fur is so so soft!!

I love them alot but they remind me of the real Nizam and Riam and i miss the real Nizam and Riam like crazy..And they kind of remind me of Ben too..Coz they're so so adorable and i feel like cuddling and squeezing and hugging and kissing them all the time..So freaking cute!!

You guys should just come to my house and see them..They're really adorable..You'll seriously fall in love with them..The only problem is that they bite..But its okay..Im over it..I still love them..

Hokay!! I have to go call Manda now..

The Subtle Taste Of You

Okay!! I would love to blog about everything thats happening..But i have so so much to do!! I have my CAS essay andddd..I have to type out the list of the Sri KDU cheerleaders for 2007..Yes..I have the whole name list with me and i know who made it and who didnt!! So to those who made it..Congratulations..You deserve it!! I know everyone worked really hard!! But now is when the really hard work starts and if i see anyone slacking or giving me attitude..I WILL ask to replace you!! To those who didnt make it..Im really sorry but dont be sad or upset or anything..There's house cheer and you can try again next year!!

Dreams Are So Much More Than Dreams

Cheerleading has always been an important part of Sports Day in Sri KDU. Every year, the four houses select a group of 20 girls and 4 boys to compete for the cheerleading challenge trophy. However, the fierce competition between the four houses was not enough. We wanted more. We wanted to taste victory not only in the school but outside as well.

And so it was that with the cooperation and full support from our teachers and the school, a group of 18 cheerleaders were selected from the four houses to represent Sekolah Sri KDU at the national cheerleading competition, Cheer 2006.

The selection process was tough. The teachers were not only looking for girls who could dance. They wanted girls who could work well together even under enormous pressure. Girls who were committed to excellence. Girls with passion for the sport.

After the selection was completed, we started practicing three hours, three times a week. As the competition neared, we started practicing everyday after school until 7pm. Needless to say, it was not uncommon to see any one of us with a bandage around a wrist or a band aid on a knee.

Three days before the competition, we attended a cheerleading clinic. There, we learned that 2 out of the 4 stunts we were doing were being executed wrongly. Three days before the competition, we had to change our routine. It was a challenge that showed us how good we were as a team as not only did we change the routine, but did so perfectly.

Finally, the day we had been waiting for came. The competition was a 2-day event and as this was our first competition, we were aiming for the Best Newcomer Award. Our final score would be determined by adding our scores from the two days that we performed.

Stepping into the stadium was like stepping into another world. The place was HUGE! We had never performed in a place that big before or before such an enormous and boisterous crowd.

We started getting nervous. But we knew what we had to do. We had done our routine over and over again and we knew we could nail it. Waiting for our turn to perform was probably the worst part of the competition. When it was finally time for us to go out, the adrenaline of having everyone’s eyes on us and hearing our supporters chanting our team name was a feeling I had never experienced.

After what seemed like mere seconds, it was all over and we were backstage screaming and hugging each other. We did AWESOME! We had wow-ed everyone with our performance! No one was expecting such an enthusiastic and entertaining performance from us.
When it was time for them to announce the winners, we gathered together and sat down. As they were announcing the Best Newcomer, I remember feeling so nervous and so hopeful. We didn’t win. We lost to another team, placing us 2nd amongst the newcomers and 8th overall, ahead of many other teams with many more years of experience compared to us. But till now, I feel that we were the winners. We performed with our heart and soul. Team Stunners did a phenomenal job and made a huge impact on the cheerleading scene.

So I write this, in tribute to the 17 Stunners cheerleaders. It was truly an honor working with all of you and my heart still swells with pride whenever I think of the amazing job we have done. The bond of trust and camaraderie that we share is something that will be hard to replace. We might not have brought home the trophy but we achieved so much more and I leave this year with memories that will last me a lifetime.

To the school, our teachers, especially Mr Hafiz and Ms Foo and our coach Carolyn, I thank you for all the support and your belief in us. Without all of you, we would not be the cheerleaders and the people we are today. I thank you for teaching me responsibility, commitment and determination, but most of all for teaching me to believe in myself and that we can achieve anything if we put our mind to it.

All the other cheerleading teams better watch out because the Stunners WILL be back and we WILL take home that trophy soon!

It may be slightly different from the one in the school magazine coz i think they changed it around a little bit but this is the original article which is SO MUCH better..Lol.. =)

Everybody Look At Me

You wanna know why i DONT like holidays?? Coz i get lazy and fat..And then..Yeah..I get fat..Thats bad enough la okay!!

And riiiiight..My body aches like fucking CRAZY from yesterday..And i did like what?? 5 toe touches?? But im not the only one okay!! Everyone aches as well!!

I had my first theatre lesson today.. =DD Its FREAKING fun!! We did like acting exercises and there was this one exercise where we had to act 7 scenes out using just a chair as a prop..Mr Mark partnered me and Shamsul up so we did this scene where he was my lazy-ass husband/boyfriend who does nothing but watch tv and drink beer and i "yelled" at him and "slapped" him and all..So that was really funny..

Okay you know what..Its so not funny..Evs la okay!!

Andddd..I had double chem this morning which would've been tonnes of fun if i wasnt so sleepy..Mr Lawrence is really hands on so classes are really interesting..

Okay..Im going on and on and on about my classes and its probably really boring for everyone but i really like my classes okay!! They're really fun and everything makes sense and im enjoying what im learning!!

Okay..No more school talk..

I just have to say right..The Stunners cheerleaders have been freaking awesome..Yesterday (Me and Cath taught everyone the audition routine, toe touches and high V's yesterday) ALL my Stunners cheerleaders were helping me teach the new girls toe touches and the routine and everything..They're so amazing la..I seriously dont know what i'd do without them..And me, Naj, Ru Dee, Cho Ying and Kitt Mun did a stunt yesterday..Just a simple elevator but it was PERFECT..Felt so good to do a stunt again.. =DD Ohmygoddd..I cant get how much i love these girls into words..They're just all so amazing la okay!!

And today right..The form one girls had their own practice so they could practice the AUDITION routine..Just the AUDITION routine okay!! So much enthusiasm..But right..That what im looking for..Dedication and enthusiasm..So me, Cath, Fi, Ru, Naj and Kitt Mun helped them out and all.. =)

Thats what i love so much about cheer..The whole camraderie thing is so..Wow!!

And oh..To the anonymous who wants me to post the cheer article up, i'll do it tomorrow alright..

Jas came over to my house today..So we talked about ballet and cheer..Lol..The true love of BOTH our lives..Jas is an AMAZING dancer/cheerleader..So flexible..Pickes up steps real quick..Strong..All my Stunners cheerleaders are amazing la..

Okay..I should stop saying that..Haha..

Oh oh!! And its my brother's 13th birthday tomorrow!! So everybody wish him kay?? He's like..A teenager now!! =DD My baby brother's not a baby anymore.. =(

I dont know how to link people..I dont know how to do ANYTHING on blogspot except blog..And comment on other people's blogs..So bear with my boring blog for a little while and i'll figure it out soon..Hopefully..Or if i dont figure it out soon..my genius friends can help me.. =DD

This is Chong Khai Ling..But we all call her Ling..And her mum calls her Caryn..So you can call her Caryn too is you want..She's 17 but she's 18 this year so she's legal which is so NOT fair coz me and Riam arent yet..She drives a yellow celica and she named is Yellow Mellow..I know its a retarded name but evs..She named it..I didnt..Im going to name my car..Green Machine..HAHAHAHAHAHA!! I crack myself up..Anyways..Back to Ling..You shouldnt piss her off coz she had a really bad temper and she can eb seriously evil to you..But she wont do that to me coz im her BFF..Kay!!
